HANDLING FOOD CRAVING

By Shagun, July 5, 2016 Posted in: food facts

Food cravings are a sign that your body is lacking a certain type of nutrient. Do not believe everything your brain is thinking, you do not really need any chocolates or salty chips, all you need are some healthy alternatives. What you think you want is not always what your body needs, here is a guide for you whenever you start craving for something;

Feeling craving of Sugary food – There is a lack of chromium, carbon, sulphur, phosphorous, tryptophan and you need to quench this with Raw nuts, seeds, grapes , dairy, beef, chicken, cheese which are relatively healthy.Suger template
