HANDLING FOOD CRAVING

Some other time we feel a strong urge to eat or drink a particular food item, it usually happens when we are mentally exhausted. These are signals send by our brain to balance the stress and normalize, this condition is called craving.

Food cravings are a sign that your body is lacking a certain type of nutrient. Do not believe everything your brain is thinking, you do not really need any chocolates or salty chips, all you need are some healthy alternatives. What you think you want is not always what your body needs, here is a guide for you whenever you start craving for something;

Feeling craving of Sugary food – There is a lack of chromium, carbon, sulphur, phosphorous, tryptophan and you need to quench this with Raw nuts, seeds, grapes , dairy, beef, chicken, cheese which are relatively healthy.Suger template

Feeling craving of Soda – There is a lack of calcium and you need to quench this with Mustard, broccoli, kale, legumes, cheese, sesame which are relatively healthy.

Feeling craving of Crisp – There is a lack of chloride and you need to quench this with Fish, fresh olives, raw goat milk which are relatively healthy.

Feeling craving of Chocolate – There is a lack of magnesium and you need to quench this with Raw nuts, seeds, legumes, fruits which are relatively healthy.

Feeling craving of Caffeine – There is a lack of Iron, salt and you need to quench this with Garlic, tomato, meat, seaweed, black cherries which are relatively healthy.

So take a healthy alternative to handle your food cravings and avoid the ill effects of other not so healthy options to relish your life.
