Welcome scorching heat in a refreshing way with these cool homemade drinks, it not only keeps you cool but keeps you energised and replenishes essential nutrients which are lost by sweating….

1 Bel Sharbat: Bel or Wood apple is well known for its antimicrobial, antifungal and antibacterial properties. These qualities make it best suitable to fight your body with several infections. On other hand resolves bowl moment related issues and acts as cleanser for your gut.

2 Khus Sharbat: Khus khus or poppy seeds are excellent source of dietary fiber (hence heart healthy), protein and omega 6 fatty acid in addition to vitamin b, magnesium and calcium. Other then providing coolness they are very effective to cure insomnia. It is good for skin pore tightening.

3 Chandan Sharbat: Sandalwood is very good for glowing your skin also helpful in curing skin related issues as acne, eczema, psoriasis. Its coolness gives you mental relaxation.
