Natural Blood Purifier

Believe it or not, blood purifier can be from natural items. In our body blood is the only medium that connects all internal organs. It is the carrier for hormones, nutrients, gases in a way as if it is the messenger for all the organs in our body. Including natural blood purifier in your lifestyle is a big yes. So, since blood is the most important element, hence its purification is very much essential for the efficiency of all internal system.

Reason for Blood Impurity

Now days due to certain changes in our life style like;

  1. Lack of sleep,
  2. Skipping meals,
  3. Eating processed food (that has chemicals which has better place in chemistry lab then in our body),
  4. High stress levels, etc do make our blood impure.
  5. Exposure to various pollutants are also a major cause for impurity in blood.

Result of Blood Impurity

Impurity of blood results in many major issues like;

  1. Skin allergies,
  2. Cardiac issues,
  3. High blood pressure,
  4. Hair fall,
  5. Headache,
  6. Heaviness, etc.

You can’t do much to remove pollution and stress but can include certain food items in our daily diets so our blood continues to be naturally purified.

Role of Liver in blood system

Liver, as you all know, plays a very major role when it comes to purification of blood, so having food items that strengthen liver and enhance its capacity are really good for this purpose. Here we will introduce you to 4 easily available food items which helps immensely in blood purification.

Food items helping blood purification

Beetroot: It is a liver protective food. It has amazing power to remove blood impurity. There is methionine and glycine that prevent accumulation of impurity in blood stream. This activates liver cells to purify the blood thus strengthen the liver. Other than this beetroot also has some phytonutrients named betalane that works as anti oxidents and detoxify the blood.

Cabbage: In Ayurveda it is believed to be fantastic blood purifier. Cabbage belongs to cruciferous family which are excellent in expelling out heavy toxins from the body. It has glucosinolate that is capable to remove the carcinogens. Cabbage has sufficient amount of fibre that helps in cleaning of liver. It is high in sulphur so its detoxifying capacity is super awesome.

Turmeric milk: Turmeric has immense power of healing. It increases healing activity inside our body and thus very helpful in purification of blood. Turmeric milk enhances the process of manufacturing of RBCs. An element named curcumin present in turmeric cures the inflammation and fixes the issues related to blood. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells. Some food boosts power of each other when combined, so is true in case of turmeric and black pepper. Just a half teaspoon of turmeric, 3-4 black pepper in a glass of milk and you are sorted…

 Sugarcane juice: According to Ayurveda sugarcane juice is pitta shamak means it balances the bile in our body. Besides removing toxins from our body, it balances heat of the body and brings a cooling effect. Along with liver it also cleanses gut, so is very useful in loosing your excess weight. In winters people generally forget to drink water so sugarcane juice is helpful in maintain the liquid balance.

Impure blood doesn’t perform its work of circulation properly and impact your overall health in a big way. So, it is recommended to include these food items in your daily routine, make healthy eating a habit and experience the change to relish your life.
