Top 4 reasons for body pain

Everyone has experienced body pains and aches in day to day life, it is very common and need not to be worried if it gets reduced and eases with in limited period of time.

It is a signal send by body’s internal mechanism and is not be ignored, there may be something serious cropping up inside.

Now the question arises what are the reasons of the body pain and aches.

Here I am listing the top four main reasons behind aches and pains:

  1. Excess body weight: If you are overweight the additional pounds exerts immense pressure on your joint and bones. This situation is exactly like carrying additional baggage continuously. Now imagine if you carry it every time what will happen this pressure will turn into pain and body aches. So, get rid of your extra pounds and you will notice that pain will also ease off gradually.
  2. Sedentary life style: This is one of the prime reasons behind body aches. Sitting on one place at a long stretch causes stiffness that results in pain. So, to get rid of it keep moving intermittently.
  3. Wrong postures: Incorrect postures while sitting on desk, standing, or sleeping even causes stress on the relevant body parts which ultimately causes body aches. while lifting weights, performing exercises or trying different yoga poses wrong postures causes body pain. Even while doing house hold chores, carrying your bundle of joy you need to correct your posture so it doesn’t lead to pain especially back area.
  4. Vitamin ‘D’ deficiency: Sounds interesting, Vitamin D gets in the body primarily from sunlight, secondly by food sources or supplements, but the most prominent reason for deficiency is poor absorption of vitamin D from food sources. This is the most essential vitamin needed for bone health that’s why its deficiency leads to body pain.

Now track your activity and figure out the reason behind your type of body ache and try every means to get rid of it. The sooner the better…have a relishing pain free life…
